Naomi Deutscher is a results-oriented coach and training consultant with specialties in management development, presentation skills and executive coaching. She develops people's abilities to communicate confidently and manage others actively in their real business context.

She works with managers to motivate talented, restless employees with challenges, opportunities and mentoring as well as to give reliable employees structure, regular feedback and coaching. She meets regularly with clients to ensure that her programs and coaching reflect the direction and culture of these growing companies.

She coaches presenters to be focused, conversational and dynamic in keynote addresses, industry conferences, client presentations, off-site company gatherings, or internal meetings. She encourages them to articulate their company’s competitive message externally and their strategic direction internally.

Naomi is very customer focused and partners effectively with our internal HRD function. She takes the time to learn enough about the business context to make training very relevant. She provides very focused feedback and instead of canned skill practices and role plays, uses real situations to help participants build skills to manage their actual work environment more effectively.
